     * Principal reception room (winter) with fireplace, fitted bar and 52” tv and home cinema.
     * Completely equipped kitchen.
     * Wine cellar dining room with table to seat eight people.
     * Summer reception room with music equipment (CD, Mp3, Plato) 42”plasma tv and fridge and toilet.
     * Garden area of 55m2 set with grass and barbecue.
     * Spa room with sauna, turkish bath , shower and jacuzzi for six people.
     * Heating and broad band internet connection.

In the kitchen one will find a welcome basket with cold meats, cheese, pate , fruit and home made wine home Gervasio. If the stay extends to one week a cleaning service for bedrooms and bathrooms is undertaken halfway through the week.

If the clients wish they can have breakfast in the Casa Gervasio which is two minutes from La Parra de Maribel, sat a cost of 9 € per person. Everything else is included in the price.
